五、实验条件：

将细胞以5×103个细胞/孔的密度接种在96孔板中，孵育24小时。氧化苦参碱的终浓度为0.25 mg / mL，0.5 mg / mL，1 mg / mL，2 mg / mL，4 mg / mL或6 mg / mL用于干预，细胞分别培养24小时，48小时和72小时。然后，20 µL在黑暗中加入invigentech（英克) CCK8试剂溶液。孵育4小时后，立即用150μLDMSO代替培养基。用酶标仪读取酶标仪490 nm处的吸光度。

Cells were seeded in 96-well plates at 5×103 cells/well and incubated for 24 h. Oxymatrine with a final concentration of 0.25 mg/mL, 0.5 mg/mL, 1 mg/mL, 2 mg/mL, 4 mg/mL, or 6 mg/mL was used for the intervention, and cells were cultured for 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h, respectively. Then, 20 µL CCK8(invigentech,USA) solution was added in the dark. After 4 h incubation, we immediately replaced the medium with 150 μL of DMSO. An enzyme microplate reader was used to measure theabsorbance at 490 nm (Thermo Scientific, Waltham,MA, USA)
